  • BANKRUPTCY

Bankruptcy may eliminate or restructure certain debts while under the protection of the federal bankruptcy court but it will have a negative impact on your credit rating.

  • CONSOLIDATION

Debt consolidation is a debt solution that combines multiple debts into one. Instead of monitoring multiple accounts, you only have to think about one monthly payment.

  • RESTRUCTURING

Debt restructuring is all about negotiating better terms. The goal is to restructure your debt in order to make it easier for you to completely pay off your debts.

  • Caceres & Shamash LLP's focus is primarily in representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in interest in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy-related matters, out-of-court debt workouts and restructuring.
